- First time user of Hayya portal will create an account by “sign up”
- After sign up, enter the portal using your provided email and password
- To start your visa application click on “ Apply for Hayya”
- Select the visa “GCC Resident Visa (A2)” and mention your purpose to visit
- Accurately submit your passport details and upload picture
- To confirm your identity click on “Validate user” and verify your identity
- Select your profession and upload copy of GCC resident permit

Fee for GCC Residents
On arrival visa fee for GCC Residents is 100QR and same for companions. If you overstay, the fine is 200 QAR per day.
Visa Validity and Extension
On arrival visa validity is 30 days but on request Ministry of Interior extends this for 90 days and you have to pay QAR 100 fee for this extension.
What if your Profession is not on the List for a Visa?
You have to apply before arrival if your profession is not in the eligibility list. Moreover, your family members or relatives in Qatar can apply for you on a family visit visa.
